What Information We Collect

In the process of online ordering, the customer provides various information like, but not limited to: name, address, city, state, email address, phone number, CVV2 (back of card number) and occasionally a MEMBER username and/or password (LOGIN). You should consider all this information available to the WEBSITE. This information is used to deliver the product, MEMBERSHIP, service and/or other material.

VISITOR Emails:

If YOU send an email to the WEBSITE, You do so under two conditions: one, YOU give WEBSITE YOUR permission for contact by WEBSITE; two, YOU are subject to any submission provision of the Terms of Use and Service, Purchase Agreement, and/or this Privacy Policy. YOU must assume that YOUR web viewing, web use, web activity is monitored, tracked and information collected about it. COMPANY does not and will not use the content of the webhost server access logs to attempt to determine an identifiable individual. COMPANY therefore does not consider that data held within webhost server logs falls within the scope of ‘personal data’, and accordingly COMPANY does not seek YOUR consent to collect it.

“Cookies” by definition is computer jargon for small bits of code placed on YOUR hard drive. Websites use this to for a variety of reasons which can include to keep YOU ‘logged in’, to keep track of what YOU search for, to monitor use, where YOU click, to password protect use of the WEBSITE or use of products, services and/or other material by this WEBSITE. Google, as a third party vendor, may use cookies to serve ads on this WEBSITE. Google’s use of the _GA cookie enables it to serve ads to YOU based on YOUR visit to this WEBSITE and other sites on the internet. Social Media

WEBSITE may have a variety of social media platforms’ (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) programs (or plugins) that may be integrated in WEBSITE (e.g. viewing videos on YouTube, sharing, and commenting on Facebook or Twitter). Each platform has its own privacy policy, and ways to remove things, such as: Likes, Comments, Shares, Tweets, and Posts. In order to remove them, YOU need to work with the social media platforms’ specific ways to remove or edit what YOU have done.

  • Sassy Social Sharing Plugin: This plugin does not save any cookie in YOUR browser.
  • Fancy Facebook Comments Plugin: WEBSITE has Facebook Comments plugin embedded to allow YOU to leave a comment at WEBSITE using YOUR Facebook account. What We Use YOUR Information For

The use of information collected by WEBSITE may or may not be how information is customarily used by WEBSITE. Disputes

The prevailing party shall be reimbursed by the other party for any and all costs associated with the dispute arbitration, including attorney fees, collection fees, investigation fees, travel expenses and/or other fees as a result of pre-arbitration, post-arbitration and/or arbitration.

Jurisdiction And Venue

If any matter concerning this purchase shall be brought before a court of law, pre- or post-arbitration, VISITOR agrees to that the sole and proper jurisdiction to be the state and city declared in the contact information of the WEBSITE owner unless otherwise specified.
